Whitesmann's The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, Edition 2026, is an English medium bare act on land acquisition law in India, published by Whitesmann Publishing. The book is written in English; it is not the Hindi medium edition. It gives the full text of the Act (30 of 2013), as amended by the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Act, 2019 (w.e.f.
