Universal's The Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023 (BSA), Edition 2025, is an English medium bare act of India's new law of evidence, published by Universal (LexisNexis). The book is written in English; it is not the Hindi medium edition. It gives the full text of the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023 (47 of 2023), with short notes. The BSA replaced the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 and came into force on 1-7-2024.
